What It Looks Like
In the first 10 minutes of the session, we will discuss your history, background and issues. Also goals, lifestyle changes and improvements you want to make in your life.
The remainder of the session is spent lying or sitting on a massage table, fully clothed, while I use muscle testing and non-invasive techniques to find where the stress is in the body.
Whatever comes up in a session is what your body is ready to deal with - it's a gentle but powerful process, allowing you to get to the underlying core issues and then clear them.
